Once you’re signed up, you can use the in-app booking feature to lock in your sessions.
1-1 sessions will see your coach give you their undivided attention for a full hour.
These sessions are ideal to deep-dive into improving your technique on squat, bench and deadlift, as well as providing a framework for you to feel confident in your movement every time you step into a gym.
